Counselling practice software for sessions, privacy and no-shows
Fifty-minute sessions, weekly clients, and last-minute cancellations. Let clients book and reschedule themselves, and keep your notes private.
Support for your everyday work
“I spend my evenings messaging clients to confirm tomorrow's sessions.”
Clients book from your website and receive an email confirmation and reminder automatically. They can reschedule from the link, inside your rules.
“A last-minute cancellation leaves an empty hour that I never fill.”
A waitlist: clients who wanted an earlier slot are offered the opening. Cancellation windows and advance payments are yours to set.
“Session notes are in a notebook I carry everywhere. That is not safe.”
Notes are stored per session, append-only and audit-logged, visible only to the people you allow. Data is held in India.

Questions practice owners ask
Can I offer online sessions?
Yes. Online consultations email the client a video link.
Can clients book without giving their real name?
The patient name is what appears on your calendar. Use whatever name you and the client agree on.
Can I take an advance to reduce no-shows?
Yes. An optional booking advance is paid to your own Razorpay account and adjusted in the invoice.
Is there supervision or assessment-scoring software?
No. Scoring tools and test reports can be attached to the client record as files.
