2. Subscription Services
GullyMed operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription fees provide access to the platform and related services during the subscribed period.
3. Free Trials
Where available, free trials allow users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription. Users are encouraged to fully evaluate the platform during the trial period.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically result in a refund for previously paid subscription periods. Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under specific circumstances: duplicate payments, incorrect billing amounts, or major technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved in a timely manner. All requests are subject to internal review.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable: subscription fees for completed billing periods, onboarding setup services, custom development work, and professional consulting hours.
7. Processing Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide: registered account email address, clinic name, payment reference number, and a detailed reason for the request.
8. Chargebacks & Suspension
Users are encouraged to contact GullyMed directly before initiating chargebacks. Overdue accounts may be suspended until all outstanding billing balances are fully cleared.
